The first stage of our process is to visit your business premises to introduce OKEL in greater detail and answer questions you may have, including an insight into similar projects OKEL have completed, we appreciate that deciding on which company to trust to complete your project is an extremely important decision and you must therefore have total reassurance in the company you choose.
Whilst on site we will complete a full survey to gain a full understanding of your project requirements as we know a one size approach doesn’t fit all.
To ensure communication remains strong throughout the project every customer will be assigned their own Installation Manager on hand to offer support and guidance throughout each stage of the process, along with the additional support of our dedicated customer support telephony team available to take your calls 365 days per year.
